I wish to make this quote as much a part of my life as I can, second only to the bible. 
"I will not cede more power to the state. I will not willingly cede more power to anyone not to the state, not to General Motor's, not to the CIO. I will hoard my power like a miser, resisting every effort to drain it away from me. I will then use my power, as I see fit.  I mean to live my life an obedient man, but obedient to God, subserviant to the wisdoms of my ancestors; never to the authority of political arrived at yesderday at the voting booth".  This by a man once a great leader in the conservative movement, I pray we are blessed with leaders such as him again.

Dark Days ahead. But a silver lining?

My friends, these are dark days that we are now facing.  My hope and prayer is that out of this disaster will come somthing much better, a silver lining if you will.  We will soon be facing the largest most powerfull attack on our civil liberties in the history of our nation.  Not an inch can be given to the liberals without a fierce resistence to what they would ram down our throats.  Nothing short of dismantling the democrat party and regulating them to a minority party for a generation.  That being said, we must throw out each and every liberal republican that we can; Trying to destroy the strangle hold that they have on our party, the party of Regan.  If we can retake our party, turn it back to the principles that Regan championed and fought for; then when those running against liberals get their chance, they will win.  When conservative principles are run on they win, pure and simple.  If there is one really good thing in all of this it is that we have a wonderfull chance to contrast ourselve's from the liberals actions.  I pray to God that He grants us the wisdom and guidence for this undertaking.  This truly will be a battle to reclaim our party from the liberal republicans that we let take control of our party.  God be with us in our efforts.  Lets throw out these bums in two years.

Rooting out the evil in goverment and our life's

We have become lazy my fellow american's.  By ignoring evil and allowing it to creep into our lives and hearts we become hardened to it.  When we let this happen we become blinded to the evil around us, (We must remove the beam from our own eye before we can pull the speck from somone else's.)  In order to prevent this hardening we must root it out at its very first showing in our live and hearts.  Goverment is not immune to this condition either, when we as citizens let this happen to an institution that we are entrusted with from God above.  There has been a falling off of vigilence on our part in holding our elected offical's accountable of there screw-ups.  All of us are just human and imperfect as well, so all of us are just as guilty in allowing these things to happen.  There needs to be a rooting out of evil in our lives and in our goverment, we allowed it in now we need to pray and ask for forgiveness and ask for God's help in rooting out the evil.  If nothing is done our society and morals will continue to degrade and go down hill, till we as a nation are so completely opposed to what God stands for, that He will remove his blessings from us as a nation and our destruction will be soon in coming.  The Bible is full of many stories about Israel and her struggles obeying God's laws.  The liberals want to remove our founding principles and everything that pertains to God and His role in our country's founding and protection through the years.  If we give our civil libertys over to those who would destroy and ignore God's inffluence in the world, then we are being more foolish then we realize, as John Witherspoon said
"There is not a single instance in history, in which civil liberty was lost, and religious liberty preserved entire.  If therefore, we yield up our temporal property, we at the same time deliver the conscience into bondage."  Lets not let that happen to us, lets clean our lives first, then clean up our goverment, lets pull close to God.  James 4: 8 "Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you.  Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double-minded."  If we let the liberals take away our guns or any one of our other God given rights, then we will send our children into bondage.  That is not somthing that I want to have on my conscience.

You can't talk sense into a fool

Over the past few weeks I have been trying to teach a liberal.  I know what you are thinking, can't be done. 
People such as our liberal friends cannot be taught anything that they don't like, don't want to hear, don't accept or believe unless they want to be.  How do you get through to them?  Like Rush Limbaugh say's, "laugh at them they are the freaks not you."  I believe this one of the best way's to get through their thick skull's and start the thought process in their mind, maybe not everybody does think like me.  The best way to get to them is to pray for them.  Also because most of what they stand for is based on emotions this lends to them being completly irrational most of the time.  Don't try to reason with them because they are not capable of reasoning; Don't argue with them because if you argue with a fool people watching can't tell the difference between you and them.  The book of Proverbs has many such examples of fools, chapter 17:10 "A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool".  This is just one of many, many, examples in scripture about fools.  I don't proclaim to be a wise man, but I pray to God for wisdom and to reveal His wisdom to me daily.  I pray that God will reveal his wisdom to those people that think that they don't need Him and His Son Jesus Christ.

Free speach

Funny what the words "free speach" means to some people isn't it?
I'm a newcomer to blogs, having just recently started one after getting sick and tired of not being able to respond and make my voice heard.  For some reason I thought that if I had a blog on a liberals blog site they would'nt mind..........I thought wrong on that one!!!  I guess if you speak the truth they don't like that;  I can no longer get one that site, I think I'm being blocked.
 
 Is this more of what is to come for us?  Just think, if we don't stop the fairness doctrine, all this could go away, no more being able to have a free exchange of idea's, while the main stream media will not be affected at all by this law.  They (the liberals) want to destroy us, Lets not give them an inch if we can avoid it.  Their advertising revenue is down extremely low, lets get it lower if we can. 
 We have a system that rewards hard work so why should the media still be here?  They only worked hard for the Dummy-crat's, so why do we reward them with ratings at all?  They are the providers of a product, we are the consumers.  Lets not waste any more time on them.  Our country has a long history of a biased media and that's fine, but when a news organization trys to say that they are not biased and we see what took place this election;  It is unforgivable what they have done, they have gone to far to turn back and should not be able to be broadcasting anymore.  Just as the Second Amendment does not give the right to wave a gun around in somones face to get our way, the First Amendment does not give the media the right to straight out lie to the country.  Let us make this the begining of the end for the main stream media, lets hit the media were it hurts, in the wallet.

I am oppossed to any form of gun registration, owner liscencing or registration or any restrictions placed on law abiding citizens.  Criminals  don't obey laws anyway so why put the honest people at a disadvantage to violent criminals?  History shows once a people surrender their arms they are at the mercy of the goverment to protect them, and must trust that the goverment will not abuse its power.  That said Ruby Ridge and Waco Texas are perfect examples of what the "caring goverment" is capable of doing with unchecked power.  Those two  tragedy's were just two examples of our goverments huge violations and absolute disregard for the U.S. Constitusion.  Before this gets away from us and we find ourselves wondering what happened, let us put our foot down and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

No more of this slow encroachment on our God given rights, it stops here and now.
