I wish to make this quote as much a part of my life as I can, second only to the bible. 
"I will not cede more power to the state. I will not willingly cede more power to anyone not to the state, not to General Motor's, not to the CIO. I will hoard my power like a miser, resisting every effort to drain it away from me. I will then use my power, as I see fit.  I mean to live my life an obedient man, but obedient to God, subserviant to the wisdoms of my ancestors; never to the authority of political arrived at yesderday at the voting booth".  This by a man once a great leader in the conservative movement, I pray we are blessed with leaders such as him again.

Dark Days ahead. But a silver lining?

My friends, these are dark days that we are now facing.  My hope and prayer is that out of this disaster will come somthing much better, a silver lining if you will.  We will soon be facing the largest most powerfull attack on our civil liberties in the history of our nation.  Not an inch can be given to the liberals without a fierce resistence to what they would ram down our throats.  Nothing short of dismantling the democrat party and regulating them to a minority party for a generation.  That being said, we must throw out each and every liberal republican that we can; Trying to destroy the strangle hold that they have on our party, the party of Regan.  If we can retake our party, turn it back to the principles that Regan championed and fought for; then when those running against liberals get their chance, they will win.  When conservative principles are run on they win, pure and simple.  If there is one really good thing in all of this it is that we have a wonderfull chance to contrast ourselve's from the liberals actions.  I pray to God that He grants us the wisdom and guidence for this undertaking.  This truly will be a battle to reclaim our party from the liberal republicans that we let take control of our party.  God be with us in our efforts.  Lets throw out these bums in two years.
